These high school students have a reason for brilliant smiles.

They are all now Private Pilots.

Why becoming a professional pilot is STILL a great career choice .......

AEFCO was started to prepare high school students for careers in professional aviation and help offset the shortage of pilots being forecast by the military, commercial airlines, and corporations.  Focus is given to students becoming Private Pilots.  Although we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of the things that contributed to the shortage are still with us.  Mandatory retirements at airlines will continue with over 3,000 pilots needed per year to replace them.

Benefits of being a Private Pilot......
